Return Process

  Log into your KidsCity.in account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the item you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unused garment in its original packaging with all brand tags, labels, and the invoice intact to ensure a successful quality check.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to pick up the package at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new size within 5 business days.
